Fiona was born as Fiona Eileen Flanagan on September 13, 1961 in New York City. She is an actress, known for The Doors (1991), Hearts of Fire (1987) and Quicksilver (1986), and her guest appearance on Miami Vice. She is also a well known singer who has performed with Kip Winger, and Bob Dylan, among others.
