Bobby Fairy

Robert Fairey is a semi-retired lawyer and political scientist living in Houston, Texas. He may be the only surviving member of the cast of the 1936 movie "The Lion Man". Fairey graduated the University of Texas School of Law in 1957. He has been a member of the staff of the U. S. Congress and the staff of the governor of Texas,counsel to Exxon Corporation (now Exxon Mobil),campaign consultant or manager for several state and federal candidates, and was an occasional aide to Lyndon Baines Johnson. His movie career ended when he was just short of eight years old and unsuccessfully tested for Warner Brothers' "The Charge of the Light Brigade".
