Józef Hen

Józef Hen is a writer and director. He attended pedagogical school in USSR and Political Military Academy in Lublin, Poland. He was a soldier between 1944-1952. He made his debut as commentator in 1944, since 1958 he has collaborated with cinematography. He is a member and activist of Polish Writers' Association, member of PEN Club and Polish Filmmakers' Association. He is a laureate of many awards for his artistic activity.
