John Hazelwood

John was born in Tennessee and grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. He married his high school sweetheart Ceil and had 3 children with her during their 10-year marriage. Soon after their divorce John married Karen and had 4 children with her. John lost his battle with his weight and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on August 12, 1996, and will be dearly missed.
