Alexander Hammid

Alexander Hammid was born on December 17, 1907 in Linz, Austria-Hungary [now Upper Austria, Austria]. He was a director and cinematographer, known for Power Among Men (1959), Crisis (1939) and Meshes of the Afternoon (1943). He was previously married to Hella Heyman and Maya Deren. He died on July 26, 2004 in New York City, New York, USA.
