Johan Haldorsen

Haldorsen was a machinist at sea, and also worked a time as customs officer. He lived in Bømlo, Hordaland County at the west coast of Norway. In 1943 he fled to Shetland, and joined the MTB's in traffic across the North Sea to occupied Norway. After the war he worked a while at sea, before becoming a teacher. Haldorsen played himself in the movie: Suicide Mission (1954). He died in December 1972, aged 58 years.
