Biography

Janet grew up in Scottsdale, AZ, the middle daughter of Stephen and Margaret Craig. Janet attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX where she received a BA in Theatre and played on the nationally-ranked women's tennis team. She played on the professional tennis circuit where she achieved world rankings in both singles and doubles. Janet also founded/franchised TennisKids Inc., a company dedicated to teaching young children tennis, which was featured in Success magazine and Lifetime TV. Her acting credits include a variety of roles on network television, film, and in theatre. Highlights on stage include working in a touring acting troupe performing Shakespeare's "Lovers & Fools" and working with the late Roy Brocksmith at his California Cottage Theatre. Janet has co-written two narrative feature films, one a passion project inspired by her work with foster and trafficked youth. She has directed over a dozen short films and co-founded ProReels creating original content. She has also been trained by renowned coaches Harry Mastrogeorge, Will Wallace and Howard Fine.
