Born in Los Angeles (Hollywood) in 1932 to parents William B. and Edith Christensen who worked in the industry as a carpenter and hairdresser. Won Hollywood's Most Beautiful Baby Contest in 1932/33 and then won the role as Baby Sally in the Torch Singer. She went on to appear in many movies such as A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Arsenic and Old Lace, An American in Paris and many others as an extra and had speaking parts in The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer and Halls of Montezuma. Her last work was on the color episodes of The Andy Griffith Show.
She remained a member of the "Screen Extras Guild" until its merge with SAG.
She passed away January 30, 2005 at 72. She had three sons and a daughter.
