Mel Chionglo

Mel Chionglo was born on July 16, 1946 in Lucena, Quezon, Philippines as Carmelo Chionglo. He was a director and writer, known for Deliver Us (2016), The Rites of May (1977) and You Are Mine (1978). He died on September 21, 2019 in Manila, Philippines.
