Ingrid Celia

Ingrid Celia is a Romanian film and theatre actress .She was born on July 23, 1955 in Bucuresti, Romania. She graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1980.In 1981, she plays first role in the movie Maria,Mirabela. Play on the stage of the theater ''Lucia Sturza Bulandra'' in Bucuresti.
