Billy Carter

Billy Carter was born in Northern Ireland and then studied drama in London, England. He now lives in the United States and the United Kingdom. Onscreen he is best known for his portrayal of Thomas Andrews in the 12 part mini-series Titanic: Blood and Steel. After its global release, it starred Derek Jacobi and Chris Noth, and screened by Starz in the United States. And most recently as Walter Winchell in HBO's The Plot Against America, created by David Simon and directed by Thomas Schlamme.
