Darryl Caron

Darryl is an accomplished entrepreneur and Ironman triathlete. In addition to founding and running his own paper and digital monthly magazine, Adirondack Sports and Fitness, with his wife, he is also competing in his 3rd Ironman Triathlon, this weekend in Lake Placid, NY. When Darryl is not working or training, he is spending time with his wife and two adorable children in upstate New York.
