Actress and author from Bucharest, Romania. She worked with film directors such as Raoul Ruiz, Yves Boisset, Alexis Sweet, Martin Papirowski, Serge Celibidache etc. Researcher in Theatre Studies. She has a B.A. in Acting from the University of Theatrical Art and Cinematography (UNATC) Bucharest (2001), and an M.A. in Cultural Studies - Religious Studies, Texts and Traditions from the University of Bucharest, with a dissertation on "Natyashastra" (2013), the oldest Indian treatise on drama. Ph. D. student at the University of Bucharest, Department of Philosophy, with a research focused on the phenomenology of the sacred on stage. She published scientific and cultural articles and she is the author of a book of poetry which inspired her first one woman show, "Printre taceri" ("Silence"). She performed especially in the famous Romanian theatre company "Passe-Partout D.P.", where she developed skills for mime, theatre-dance, physical and visual theatre.
