Frantz Dobrowsky

A talented and very versatile actor Frantz Dobrowsky was born 1948, and sadly died 18 January, 2006. He was a South African actor best known for his role as Jack in the Leon Schuster comedy film Panic Mechanic in 1997 as well as many more TV and cinema roles. He was also well known for an extensive theatre repertoire, particularly in Durban. On 18 January, 2006 Dobrowsky shot himself shortly after his home was repossessed. He was 58.
