Biography

Grace Barry was born in Dublin, Ireland to a television subtitler, Ann Barry and a PR executive, Cathal O'Doherty, on July 11th 1990. She was witness to a lot of important story-lines, including the breakdown of her family, disease and the death of her mother in the second last season. Due to poor ratings it was finally cancelled in 2001. Grace starred in the final episode, in the final scene. Her father, sister and grandmother looking out over the mountains of Co. Since Glenroe, Grace focused on her schooling and graduated from The Teresian School, Donnybrook and St. Mac Dara's Community College, during which she took part in many Youth Theatre and amateur productions. After leaving school with a Higher Secondary degree, she went on to study Drama [Performance Studies] at DIT's Conservatory of Music and Drama. She graduated in 2012 with a 2.1 BA Hons Degree.
