Mircea Basta

Mircea Basta is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on April 10, 1929 in Ghidigeni, Tecuci, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatre Cluj Napoca in 1953.In 1960, he plays first role in the movie Cînd primavara e fierbinte. Other notable roles in films :The Poseidon Explosion (1973), Runda 6 (1965) and Un august in flacari (1973). Play on the stage of the theater ''Bulandra '' in Bucuresti.
