Stacy was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January, 1991. She appeared in several Playboy videos and as an extra in several TV shows. In October 1991, Stacy's husband, James, was murdered in a parking lot in Bellefontaine, Ohio, by a stalker, who had developed an obsession after talking to her repeatedly on a 900 number sponsored by Playboy.
