Joseph is now known as 64773-112. His home is Milan FCI in Michigan. He fled justice in 2015, but was found in Bangkok and returned to the US. 64773-112 ran a telemarketing fraud that stole an estimated 20 million Dollars from 290 victims in 47 States and Canada. The main focus of the fraud involved getting victims to buy homes in Detroit that had almost no value for about 10,000 Dollars, after promising them that there was a pool of buyers ready to buy them.
