Biography

Karen Elaina Price was born on July 17, 1960 in Pasadena, California. Her father was a professional drummer. Price became involved in gymnastics at age twelve. After winning first prize in several local gymnastic competitions, Karen went on to become a children's gymnastics coach and a gymnastics teacher. Price was the Playmate of the Month in the January, 1981 issue of "Playboy." Karen has small acting roles in the films "Swamp Thing," "Tapeheads," and "Larger Than Life." In addition, she performed stunts for a handful of movies which include "Under the Volcano," "Invasion U.S.A.," "The Golden Child," "The Running Man," "Above the Law," "Big Top Pee-wee," "Old Gringo," "Cutting Class," and "Maniac Cop 3: Badge of Silence." More recently Price has worked as an associate producer on the television programs "Amazing Vacation Homes" and "Amazing Babies."
