Sebastián Alarcón

Sebastián Alarcón was born on January 14, 1949 in Valparaiso, Chile. He was a director and writer, known for Night Over Chile (1977), The Photographer (2003) and The Oppositionist (2019). He was previously married to Svetlana Kochetova and Vitalyevna Yakovleva. He died on June 30, 2019.
