Irving Abrahams

Irving Abrahams was a mechanic who discovered the car filled with drugs in the actual French Connection case against Jean Jehan, a powerful drug smuggler in the late 1960's. Abrahams later on re-enacted his own actions and contribution in the drug-trafficking operation in the Oscar winning film The French Connection (1971), directed by William Friedkin.
