Rita Benis

Rita Benis is a Portuguese award-winning screenwriter, best known for "Mar" (2019), "Bobô" (2014) and "Kiss me" (2004). She is also a film director. In the academic field, she works as a researcher at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lisbon (CEComp) being professor of Screenwriting and Film History. She has translated, edited, and published books/articles on the relationship between writing and image.
