Curtis Rx

Curtis Rx is a writer and performer from Southern California, best known for his musical projects, Creature Feature and Rufus Rex. Creature Feature has toured nation wide multiple times. Both projects have released material under Rx's own Villains and Vaudevillians record label, however Creature Feature was signed to Sumerian Records for a brief time. Curtis currently resides in Los Angeles and is working on a number of horror projects, including both novels and screenplays. He is friends with actor Ted Raimi and artist Gris Grimly, both of whom have partnered with Rx as co-writers in the past. In 2016, Curtis Rx starred as Brother North in the musical film project 'American Murder Song'. In 2017 Rx composed two songs for the walk-in art installment 'Slashback Video'. The songs received praise from both fans and critics alike, often being compared to early John Carpenter scores.
