Jaymee Mak is a Vancouver-based actor and filmmaker.
In 2013, she uprooted from Melbourne, Australia, to Vancouver, Canada, after receiving one of four Women in Games Scholarships to study Game Design at Vancouver Film School. She's worked as a game designer, UX designer, community manager and a creative marketing producer for mobile games, while simultaneously being an indie filmmaker and actor on shows like Supergirl.
Jaymee is also known for writing and starring in "It's Not You, It's Not Me.", a raw exploration of a mixed relationship between an asexual man (Lee Shorten from Man in the High Castle & AMC's The Terror) and sexual woman (Jaymee Mak), and their struggle to reconcile their needs with their love for each other.
