Arthur Castellano

Arthur Samuel Castellano III was born on May 21, 1993 in San Diego, CA and was raised in Covina, CA. While Arthur's creative endeavors were seen at an early age, by no means was it a straight path to where he is now. As early as the age of ten years old, he knew he wanted to be in the entertainment industry but didn't know exactly where. Having an innate quality of initiative, Arthur began teaching himself protools and began, unintentionally, walking towards a pathway into the world of audio engineering. This grasped his life and he dove head first to learn as much as he can for years. At the age of eighteen, Arthur had shadowed and entered at a variety of studios as an audio engineer but... life had a different plan apparently. Around that age, he started taking classes at Citrus College in Glendora, CA and attended their audio engineer program. This gave him the ability to dive even deeper into audio. At that time though, Arthur began experimenting with DSLR cameras and making videos. This gradually pulled his attention away from audio and into where his career lies now; film. Early on, Arthur began the process all over again by teaching himself the basics of filming and editing but wanted more. Seeing where his new career could take him, Arthur took a tour of UCLA and was enamored by the work that has gone through the school. While he never attended the school, Arthur worked on a variety of UCLA undergrad and graduate thesis films and by doing so learned how to work on set. He even sat in on classes to learn as much as he could. The years went by and the workaholic tendencies have not ceased. Arthur now works as a 1st camera assistant, writer, producer and director of photography.
