Karl Sterner Isaksson

Karl Sterner Isaksson was born in (Gothenburg) Sweden in 1986. He soon fell in love with storytelling, although in the beginning not aware of that it could be written down. As he started travelling and lived in different countries the pen became his friend and he started writing short stories and a novel, and later on films. Apart from Sweden he has lived in Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala, France, Spain, USA and Norway for periods of time ranging from a few months to a couple of years. His drive for meeting people and trying to understand them and through their friendship taste their nature and culture is reflected in his storytelling, where he tries to portray "real people". In 2016 his first feature film was released, after an adventurous film recording on "Interrail" through Europe the year before. It has been awarded at some indie festivals and is still (2018-2019) being screened at cinemas especially in Sweden but also elsewhere. He has started his own production company "Habalatan Film" and now fights for to make a living through that.
