Lee Bumgarner

Born and raised in North Carolina, Lee Bumgarner has been writing stories sense grade school. After High school his passion for film making went into over drive. He attended Film school in Wilmington NC where he really got his feet wet writing and producing several projects for the school and the learning channel. Soon after, Lee left for the West Coast where he created Phoenix22rising Productions. His Company's prides it self in its Mission statement (Independent Film Making re-born) Lee believes you don't have to spend millions to make a great film and under the banner of Phoenix22Rising Productions he has produced several films and internet shows like "What might have Been" "P.S.
