Lindsey Aeriel Grimble is an American actress born on June 10,1986 in Springfield,Illinois. Lindsey became involved with acting at a very young age doing Musical Theatre. She started performing professionally in Theatre at 14. Lindsey studied musical theatre and graduated from The American Musical & Dramatic Academy in 2006 based in NYC.
In 2006 Lindsey became intrigued by film when she was on the set of Boston Legal and again in 2012 for Smash. In 2016 Lindsey starred as the lead in her first short film playing Maria Ennals in Carry Me Home. Carry Me Home is a short film following the true story of Maria Ennals and her family who seize the opportunity to escape from slavery after encountering Harriet Tubman in the woods
Lindsey's family is a musical family. Her father Kelvin Grimble is a recording engineer, her mother Linda Lucas is a businesswoman. Lindsey's brother Jared Grimble is a singer/songwriter with a Grammy nomination and younger sister Jayla Grimble hopes to pursue music after high school. Lindsey's husband Matt Adams is deck supervisor for a world renown theatre on the east coast.
