Kristen Uno is an award-winning producer and writer whose films have premiered at top film festivals like Cannes, SXSW, and Tribeca. She is passionate about telling humanistic stories that center on traditionally underrepresented or marginalized communities. She assisted with the delivery and release of the feature film Solitary (2015) and worked on the short film Swim (2017), winner of the Audience Award at the 2017 LA Film Festival. Additionally, she line produced Anywhere with You (2018), which premiered at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival and went on to a 9-week theatrical run in France. She co-wrote and produced the feature film See You Then (2021), which premiered at SXSW 2021 in the Narrative Spotlight Section and will be distributed by Breaking Glass Entertainment in 2022. Most recently, she produced Boma Iluma's short film Comfort (2021) -- EP'd by Lena Waithe as a part of the Indeed Rising Voices Program.
