Bethany Adams (aka Bethany Dockalova) is a classically trained American actress based in Prague. With a solid base in theatre, Ms Adams has branched out into film and television in recent years with appearances on series such as Knightfall (Mark Hamill/History Channel), Carnival Row (Orlando Bloom/Amazon) and Lore 2 (Amazon). Though her scene didn't make the cut, she worked opposite lead actor Roman Griffin Davis on Taika Waititi's Oscar award-winning dramedy Jojo Rabbit. In addition to big-budget pictures, Bethany Adams has worked on numerous independent films in lead and supporting roles, including award-winning short "Exit Music". Bethany was a Prague Shakespeare Company member for several years before focusing on screen acting. She worked with Tina Packer and has played numerous notable roles including the title role in an all-female version of Coriolanus, a gender-flipped Prospera in the tempest, Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Gertrude in Hamlet. Other roles include Martha Dobie in The Children's Hour with Blood, Love & Rhetoric Theatre Company. In addition to acting, Bethany has also worked in voice over, dubbing, as a drama teacher, and is an aspiring playwright. Her self-produced show "Bethany's Shorty Shorts: Four Short Comedies by Bethany Adams" premiered November 1, 2019.
