Shawna Strong

Shawna Strong was born Shawna Marie Pierce on March 25th, 1974 in the city of Spokane, Washington. She is a USAF military veteran and an IFBB Professional bodybuilder. Shawna has loved bodybuilding since childhood, and always loved playing "superhero's" with her friends, only to continues the role as an adult and still playing the part (Ms. Marvel) at events such as Comicon. Shawna is also a blogger and advocate for self empowerment, and is a leader in the fitness industry. She continues to compete in the professional bodybuilding circuit, and building upon her Team Strong brand, showing that being a strong woman is beautiful, powerful, and respected.
