Biography

Cedric, born Cedric Brazle Jr, is an inspiring artist who is pursuing a career in the music industry. Born in Jacksonville, Florida Cedric began singing before he could form words to properly speak, being influenced by the likes of Michael Jackson, Sam Cooke, Donny Hathaway, Usher and Maxwell to name a few; later performing in church, local universities, plays and musicals such as "Grease", Cedric joined a soul / hip-hop / alternative band by the name of "J Syndicate" in 2010 (recording and releasing their first full length LP soon after). Years later, the band separated, allowing Cedric to pursue solo efforts while in college. During his tenor in college, Cedric excelled tremendously by joining a fraternity, presiding as president over the biggest organization on his campus, even becoming the first black Homecoming King at his University and starring in a popular web series that has gained over 350,000 views to date. In 2014, Cedric began writing and producing songs for his first mixtape, releasing his first song "A2YL" at the top of 2015. The song quickly gained traction and popularity, gaining 100,000 views in less than 3 months, charting in Europe, and gained the attention of several entertainment blogs, worldwide and stateside. In October of the same year, Cedric released his first music project "Last Trip To Knowhere", gaining over 200,000 streams. Cedric has traveled and performed in New York City [Apt. 78] , Atlanta [Apache] , and North and South Florida in venues such as Club TSI, South Florida Artist Fest [The Garden], and Vibe Night Club.
