Dempsey Gibson

Dempsey Gibson based in Los Angeles California is a prolific screen and television writer from Charlotte NC. He first developed a name as executive producer and writer of the documentary series "Love in Black and White". From there he's written and created 9 television series and two feature films under his production company, Put Up Backwards Productions. Three other series were penned by Dempsey under another production company he co owns, Both Sides of The Camera Productions, LLP. Dempsey started his writing career with a weekly music and entertainment column for "The Leader Newspaper " in Charlotte NC. Due to the popularity of his work at the Leader he was asked to write for others including "Elevate Magazine", "SOTAC Magazine", "Amps 11", "Carolina Concerts" and others. Dempsey is now in pre production with his latest work the psychological thriller "BELLE".
