As a result of spending nearly seven years in Eritrea, Africa, Petros developed a passion for social justice, politics and economics.
Petros' public policy work during his undergrad at the University of Alberta earned him the prestigious Chevening scholarship, which is awarded to future leaders. Petros completed his Masters of Science in International Political Economy at the London School of Economics and recently concluded consulting projects for the European Parliament and an international NGO.
Petros is an avid guitarist. He plays in several bands and when he's not rocking his studies you can find him rocking out on stage.
