Ariel Hsiao Hsuan Liu is a female screenwriter/director originally from Taiwan. She has been in the film industry for more than 5 years and directed more than 5 short films, screening in international film festivals. She has also participated several international projects including Japanese documentary, feature films, and media news as producer, AD, and director. Ariel speaks Mandarin, Japanese, and English. She has been traveling around the world for different projects and working with people from different cultures. She's now based in New York City as a freelancer filmmaker.
