Born and raised in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. Frank Maimone was invited by his friend Robert Langer (Plaid-Shirted Mustachioed Zombie eating one of the Bikers' flesh on the Monroeville Mall balcony in Dawn of the Dead (1978)) to be in George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead (1978) horror movie with him as an extra. George A. Romero and his crew loved Frank's looks and they thought that he should not play a Zombie at all. And since he had a beard, they thought that he looked more like a biker. So they decided to have him play a Biker gang member instead in the biker raid scenes. He appeared as a dark haired biker wearing a black shirt with a light blue sweater vest and necklace. And could be seen stealing arrows from the Gun Store. His character did have dialogue. However, his dialogue never appeared in the final film. And that's all he had ever acted in as a day player.
He nowadays works his job in Real Estate in South Fayette, Pennsylvania.
