David Norton

David is a retired system/software engineer, and martial arts practitioner and instructor. He holds a fifth dan (black belt) in aikido, first dan in iaido (Japanese swordsmanship) and training in shotokan karate. David also teaches aikido at his dojo, Pax River Aikikai, in southern Maryland. His experience in martial arts led him to branch out into stunt performing as well as renew his college training in acting. He works closely in the local DC/MD/VA area with young actors and stunt performers, to help them bring out their best performances through Japanese martial arts.
