Julee Ireland

Julee Ireland, a true jack-of-all-trades, is a mom, interior designer, real estate investor, home renovator, DIY craft expert, and television host. She is also the award winning author of the "DIY on the FLY" book series. Julee started her career at the tender age of three where she first began building better homes and clothing for her Malibu Barbie. Armed with paper, crayons, Elmers glue, scissors, and a shoe box her Barbie was always styling! When the girl grew up she used her creative eye for design and passion for transforming the ordinary into extraordinary to became a successful fashion designer and wall muralist. Eventually she discovered her love for designing home interiors and quickly switched gears where she morphed into a self-taught renowned interior designer working for several of the largest residential home builders in the United States. To date she has designed over 1,000 homes in Southern California and renovates and builds her own homes in Houston, Texas under her brand "Julee Ireland Homes". In 2009, she created and launched her own greeting card and organic bath, body, and candle line. She also invented a greeting card soap that has been sold in stores and hotels around the world and created the beauty bib as seen on The Ellen DeGeneres show. Ireland is a spokesperson, commercial actress, and one of the TV hosts of It's a Glam Thing. The Seattle native now lives between two cities Los Angeles, California and Houston, Texas with her daughter, Sophee, and their two beloved cats, Clara and Sarafina, as well as their sweet dog, Lola.
