Matthew Phillips

Born March 14, 1977, Matthew Phillips is the son of a Southern Baptist minister. His family lived all over Louisiana, from Venice in the southeastern-most region to Vivian north of Shreveport, and even resided for over two years in Vermont, where his father worked starting a church outside Montpelier. Matthew currently lives in Galveston, Texas with his wife who is a pediatrician. He has established himself as a character actor of wide range in the local theater community of the southern Houston suburbs. In addition to stage work, he has appeared in several of the crime re-enactments in the Stop The Threat TV series. He is also a published author, writing under the pseudonym L. C. Matthews.
