Christine van Blokland

Christine van Blokland is an award-winning travel journalist, writer, host and executive producer. She is best known as the creator, writer & executive producer of the Emmy-nominated Curious Traveler on PBS, Amazon Video and CreateTV. In 2016, she earned a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Travel Host. In 2015 & 2014, she earned two more nominations as Executive Producer in the Outstanding Travel Program category. Prior to Curious Traveler, Christine was a feature and entertainment reporter for top FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC and Tribune stations across the country, where she earned several regional Emmy awards for her reporting, writing and hosting skills.
