Eileen was born to a first generation Muslim Albanian father in CT. On her mother's side she can trace ancestors back to the wrong sides of the Revolutionary War & the Salem Witch Trials. A graduate of Westover School, she has a BA in Art History & Film from Vassar College where she wrote her thesis on Jenny Holzer. Studied at The Atlantic Theater Company, The Actors Studio at The New School & The Beverly Hills Playhouse. Worked at Comedy Central, Diane Von Furstenberg, Saturday Night Live / Broadway Video. On the West Coast she was a Lit agent's assistant at CAA, worked for a director on the Universal lot, read scripts for a variety of production cos. Also a writer she's work shopped at Sundance Collab, Stowe Story Labs & The Austin Film Festival. Once a semi-successful mom blogger, she lives in semi-rural NJ with her husband, a music executive, and 2 teen sons. Loves riding horses, art, Pilates, Mary Stewart's mysteries and re-watching "Baby Boom."
