Jon Plowman

Born in Zimbabwe and raised there and Malawi, Jon Plowman is an award-winning scriptwriter, writer and jack-of-all-trades in the South African film industry. He has worked on over 80 productions to date, everything from commercials, PSAs, music videos, television films, series, documentaries and sitcoms, to feature-length international films. He wrote and directed the short film Savage Ivy, which won Best Short Film Script at the inaugural Princeton Film Festival in 2015.
