Matt Ford

Matt Ford is an actor, writer, and producer with a dual background in film and creative writing. He has worked at BuzzFeed, Voltage Pictures, and the Cannes Film Festival, in addition to freelance producing. He grew up writing his own plays and performing them in his backyard, and he's been acting professionally since 2018. He was trained by Anthony Abeson in the methods of Stanislavski, Strasberg, and Adler, and is a member of One on One and Actor's Connection. As a writer, he won national awards for viral reporting and went on to write editorially for BuzzFeed, Teen Vogue and more, and since focuses on creative writing and screenwriting. At BuzzFeed, he learned how to produce videos from pre-production through post. He directed shoots with A-list talent and created videos that garnered millions of views and trended globally on YouTube's top ten. He runs his own company, Equilateral Productions, as a freelance video producer creating content for brands and clients, in addition to his own film and television projects.
