Romulus Neagu is a Romanian film and theater actor.He was born on May 5 1978 in Gura Humorului, Romania. He graduated from University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1999.In 1999, he plays first role in the movie Fii cu ochii pe fericire.Play on the stage of theater ''Bulandra'' in Bucuresti.
