Victor Hugo a.k.a. Chapito was born in Mexico and lived in Dallas, Texas. He left behind a wife and four children. Victor Hugo began his acting career in 2013 with his first movie being El Mandadero and his second movie Unwanted. He mostly played as bad guys or as a gunman.
