David Santana

International actor David Santana was born in Gran Canaria, the Canary Islands, Spain. Santana was educated at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where he developed a love for acting. He studied drama in London, Madrid and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. He attended Identity School of Acting, the Actor's Center and Escuela de Interpretación Guacimara Correa. Some professionals who have contributed to his acting skills development are J.J. Abrams, Guacimara Correa, Andrei Biziorek, Andrew Darren Elkins, Assumpta Serna, Scott Cleverdon, Iris Díaz or Scott Derrickson. Candidate for a Goya as best supporting actor in 2019 for his role in "Vampus Horror Tales" David has taken a leading role in several internationally acclaimed and awarded productions and has enjoyed the privilege of working alongside artists such as Nathalie Poza, Fele Martínez, Michel Noher, Harrison Ford, Juan Carlos Vellido, Diana Peñalver and Beneditc Cumberbatch. Since his debut he's taken important roles as Robert in "The Nanny's Night", Cayetano in "Vampus Horror Tales", Operating Room Agent in "La Unidad", Amir (Saracen Captain) in "Glow and Darkness" and Security Guard in "Peacemaker". He is represented internationally by the prestigious casting agency Marta Rubio Agency.
