Rachel Hemsley

Rachel Hemsley is a screenwriter and published novelist based in Los Angeles County, California, known for her YA novel Emma of Winds. Graduated with a BFA in Screenwriting from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, she has worked as a script supervisor, creative consultant, and actress on numerous films, mini series, commercials and digital content since 2014.
