TJ Kirby

Was born Thomas Joseph Kirby, (TJ Kirby) on October 8th of 1980 at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, KS. Started learning to read from his mother at the age of 3, and progressed to reading Nancy Drew(c) books by the age of 4. Still loves a good Library even to this day. Was a descent student with average grades, but managed to graduate early from Decatur High School, in Decatur, TX. He took up Tae Kwan Do, and many other disciplines in the Martial Arts, before joining the U.S. Navy in November of 2000. He received a minor head injury during his brief time in service as a Chef on board a submarine stationed out of Pearl Harbor, HI. That is where he learned to surf. He went back to Texas, and then later moved back to Kansas to go back to school for Business Management and Criminal Justice, where he had a son, whom lives with his mother. He has been working towards a Major in Veterinary Technology at CSN in North Las Vegas, NV, while working on his first book, but had to withdraw from classes due to the onset of Acute Memory Loss. He loves to cook and read, as well as watch a few Television series including Arrow, Criminal Minds, N.C.I.S., Once Upon A Time, and several others. His favorite genres to read and write are Sci-Fi, Romance, Mystery, and Fantasy. He's the Author of the Werecats in Outer Space series, the first of which was published on May 15th 2021. He's currently (August 2022) working on the second installment in the series and welcomes constructive input whenever and wherever available. He currently (2022) resides in Topeka KS USA.
