Chandler Hubbard

Chandler Hubbard is an actor and playwright in Richmond, VA and a 2012 graduate of the University of Virginia. Written works include Firehouse Theatre's Animal Control, for which he received the 2019 Martha Hill Newell Playwright's Fund, a nomination for Richmond Theatre Critics Best Original Work, and the American Theatre Critics Association/Steinberg New Play Award Citation; and Molly House, the first honoree of Richmond Triangle Players' John Knapp and Tim Gillham New Works Program (later renamed the So.Queer Playwrights' Festival). His adaptation of his play Shanidar (Semi-Finalist, International LA Screenplay Awards) will be filmed by Remember Tommy Productions in January 2021.
