Roxanne was born in Studio City where her father, a struggling actor and writer, was behind the scenes as a grip on some of the most iconic television and films of the 1960's - '70's. Her mother was a screenwriter while working with advertising agencies creating award winning commercials. They made sure she was dancing, acting, and cold reading scripts before she even began kindergarten.
Roxanne dabbled with her own performing career until her early twenties, when she sifted to financial planning and investment, media development. She created her own successful local television station in the '90's where she produced, created, wrote, filmed and edited each program. She now works with companies to blend marketable entertainment with profitable back end. She is also a best-selling author, sharing her years of work with victims of domestic violence and her advocacy for changing that narrative to something more effective.
